Hi! I’m so excited to meet you! This 6-week therapeutic group, running Wednesday evenings from November 13 - December 18, is designed to help your child build self-esteem, develop emotional regulation skills, and improve social relationships in a supportive, reflective environment.
Each session focuses on different aspects of self-worth, including positive self-talk, emotion regulation, setting appropriate boundaries, and developing empathy. Through group discussions, and expressive arts, your child will engage in deeper emotional exploration to boost confidence, manage emotions, and navigate friendships more effectively.
This group provides a safe space for your child to explore who they are, reflect on their experiences, and practice showing themselves the same kindness they offer others.
