Rates and Policies

I am committed to making mental health care accessible to everyone. My regular fee is $180 per 60-minute session. However, I understand that financial challenges can make it difficult to prioritize your well-being. That’s why I offer a Compassion Care Fee of $75 per session for those who are experiencing financial insecurity. 

Clients can now use their health benefits to cover the cost of sessions. I can direct bill to Canada Life, and Medavie/Blue Cross. 

Cash, e-transfer, and all major credit cards are accepted for payment. A credit card is required on file to book. Payments are due at each session. 

Any scheduled session cannot be cancelled within 24 hours. Any missed appointments will be billed at the regular session rate. Some exceptions may apply.
